  • DOTS satisfies its customers by fulfilling their requirements and continually improves the effectiveness of our Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of:
  • ISO 9001:2015.
  • API Spec Q1 9th Edition.
  • API 5CT 10th Edition & API 5B 16th Edition.
  • API 6A 21st Edition, & API 6AR 2nd Edition.
  • API 7-1 1st Edition, & API 7-2 2nd Edition.
  • API 16A 4th Edition & API 16AR 1st Edition.
  • We maintain and improve our reputation for high-quality performance.

  • We promote all of the activities needed to enforce and improve the Quality system, as that is the tool to accomplish our Quality policy
  • We urge commitment and customer satisfaction principles by our own personnel at all levels, to identify precisely our client’s Quality requirements and to ensure that the delivered services meet all those requirements.
  • We measure the improvements in Quality as it moves toward our target.
  • We re-evaluate periodically the Quality policy and the effectiveness of the Quality system in place, to ensure it is always adequate and effective
  • Our employees share in establishing and reviewing Quality Objectives and targets that are consistent with this Quality Policy.
  • Our Quality policy is approved by the Chairman, controlled and reviewed annually (as a minimum) to promote continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

HSE Policy

  • DOTS is a pioneer company in the manufacturing of flanges, the manufacturing and re-threading of drill stem elements, and the threading of casing and tubing.
  • DOTS satisfies its customers by fulfilling their requirements and continually improving the effectiveness of our HSE Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.
  • The facility is committed to providing safe and healthy conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and illnesses that are commensurate with the purpose, size, and context of the organization and the special nature of health, safety, and occupational hazards and HSE opportunities.
  • commits to fulfilling legal and other requirements and is also committed to consultation and participation of workers.
  • The facility includes a commitment to protect the environment by preventing pollution that may affect the work environment.
  • We promote all of the activities needed to enforce and improve the HSE system, as that is the tool to accomplish our HSE policy.
