DOTS testing facilities offer a fully safe area for controlled pressure testing of components, using water or oil, up to 30,000 psi.
- With the largest underground test bunker (8 meters X 5 meters X 4 meters) equipped with a 20-ton overhead crane, we can serve our customers for testing complete BOP stacks, Manifolds, and Kill hoses. etc…
- Testing and inspection of our products and larger systems are carried out here and live digital test reports can be provided during and after testing.
- We welcome inquiries from customers for the use of this facility for pressure testing customers’ own products.
- All pressure testing can be viewed through safety windows and the facility offers the provision of a qualified test technician, lifting & handling capability, and a third-party inspection administration area.
